Tentative reservations may be made and will be held for 30 days. You will be asked

The day of your event, the coordinator will be available to accept deliveries

All deposits are non refundable.
• 25% upon confirming booking.
• 25% quarterly deposits until event.

Guest attendance will be guaranteed 48 hours prior to event day. The final bill

In order to provide our level of excellence in service and quality, menu and wine selections must be confirmed 14 days prior to event. All menu selections include bottled water at no additional cost. Alcoholic beverages may be served until 2:00 am. All beverages must be supplied by
Blue Cactus Bar and Grill. Arrangements for host bar, open bar, cash bar

You may bring in your own celebration or wedding cake

You may bring your own linen and décor the day before the event and we will be
pleased to provide set up. Deliveries of cakes and floral arrangements may be made
on day of event. If you prefer, our event coordinator will be pleased to professionally
arrange all décor at an additional cost. Please note:
• Nothing may be removed from walls
• Nothing may be hung on the walls
• No open candle flames are permitted due to
fire code
• The use of confetti, table confetti will result in additional clean up charge
• All décor must be removed from premises at end of event. No storage is provided.
• A charge may be applied to the bill should there be any damage beyond normal
